Founder and Director Adam James BSc (Hons) AssocRICS ANAEA is a fully qualified property professional and a RICS Registered Valuer with over 12 years experience in the Scottish Borders property market. Prior to James Agent, Adam worked for a national firm of Chartered Surveyors as a Residential Valuer, where he carried out home reports and residential mortgage valuations throughout the Scottish Borders region for homeowners, investors and high street lenders. He was promoted to an Associate within the firm and successfully ran their successful Galashiels Office. Throughout his career he has been heavily involved in the purchase and sale of property, including the building of new homes. He is now delighted to be able to pass on his experience, skills and local knowledge to homeowners and investors throughout the Scottish Borders region and beyond.
