Eyemouth is a small village to the north of Berwick-upon-Tweed. The town centre boasts a range of local shops, leisure and banking facilities. Eyemouth is an ideal base for commuting, located approximately 8 miles north-west of Berwick upon Tweed with Mainline Railway Station, 50 miles south-east of Edinburgh and 70 miles to the north of Newcastle-upon-Tyne. The area provides dramatic scenery with its steep cliffs and magnificent beaches as well as opportunities for sailing, sea fishing, surfing and outstanding diving. There is an 18 hole golf course nearby with numerous coastal inland walks as well as several riding schools.
